Do yourselves a favor and locate a therapist who specializes in trauma. You may even find someone who knows about treating trauma ater high-risk pregnancies. Shop around until you find someone you like. I did EMDR for mine about 10 years ago (not pregnancy related). I didn’t make much progress until I did ACT, Action and Commitment Therapy, in July. It has been really helpful for me.

My mom didn’t know she wahaving twins until she went Into labor in her 7th month. My sister and I were 3lb each. I had no idea that you and Amanda had such a rough road to parenthood. It sounds like the scariest experience ever. Glad Amanda and the boys are safe and healthy.
